This weekend we loaded up and headed to Lubbock to spent some time with Alan, Deonne, the girls and Boba and Poppy. As always, we ate WAY-TOO much. We had steaks, lasanga, pork sandwiches, One Guy (a pizza place), and yummy snacks in between meals:) On Saturday night we ate like kings and queens (our steak dinner) and just hung out. It was great. Then, Sunday was a lazy morning, staying in our pj's 'til noon and LOVING it. After nap time, we took the girls to a HUGE playground since the weather was PERFECT. WOW, Dent and I were in awe of the enormous playground that was available for the girls to play on. We could have spent a whole afternoon there and Adlee just LOVED it. Last, we attended a SPECTACULAR concert featuring Brad Paisley, Diercks Bentley, and Darius Rucker. It was a ROCKIN' Sunday night in the United Spirit Arena. It has been a few years since Dent and I had attended concert and it was FUNTIMES. After a short nap (since we didn't get to bed until midnight), we loaded up and headed back to P-town in the oh-so-COLD weather. It was such a fun weekend, but tomorrow we have our jobs to go back to since we took a vacation day to have the FUN-FILLED weekend in Lubbock.

What an AWESOME play ground! I want to play there too! We're never too old for that much fun! Glad you had a fun weekend and made it home safe. Turner and I are bundled up today as there is a solid sheet of ice covering our roads into town...so pajama day for us!
We had a GREAT time with you kids and our precious Adlee, Emmerson and Evynn. They were soooo cute playing together. It's hard to believe how fast they are growing up and getting sweeter as each day passes!!!
I know Adlee was the highlight of Em and Evy's weekend!! As they were hers, also!
