Now that it's Thursday, this EVENTFUL, EMOTIONAL, altogether "OUT of the ORDINARY" week is nearing an END. Last night I took AK to my parents to spend a few days at the farm. This morning, I was sent an email saying, "CALL ME" Adlee is really sick. So, after calling 3 doctors with NO openings, I finally got AK into a doctor. After viewing her throat...OH MY, it was no wonder AK was out-of-sorts since she had strep throat. We now have some powerful medicine and we are staying at HOME starting tonight. I had already taken a personal day for tomorrow to paint for someone, but NO PAINTING will take place (although after doctor visits and medicine for both her and I, I probably need to be painting:). Adlee and I will just sleep in, stay in, and enjoy a LONG weekend at home together. As I write this blog post, Adlee is already snoozing away and I am sitting her missing my hubby, who is in Austin until Saturday.
Of course we all know that Adlee LOVES her hats and her Daddy captured this picture earlier in the week. AK found his camo hat in his coat pocket and she didn't waste any time getting it on her head.
