Fun(times) at the parade...

On Saturday we traveled to Guymon, OK to the Pioneer Days Parade. It was pretty chilly and little misty rainy, but that didn't stop us from having fun. We met up with my half sister, Kara, and her husband Caleb and son Cade. Kara and Caleb are expecting their second baby the middle of June and IT's a GIRL. They are so excited. Anyways, Adlee really enjoyed the horses, the cheerleaders, bands, loud cars, and most of all...a BUBBA (dog) or two that was near us during the whole parade. The bubba's were little boxers, so of course she liked them:) AND...did I mention CANDY, CANDY, CANDY...YES, Adlee was SUGARED up and ready to ROCK-n-ROLL after all the candy she ate during the hour and half parade. She did such a great job of chasing after all the candy as it was being thrown from the various cars. AK even shared her candy with the kids and adults that were near us. She would put a few pieces in her sack and then hand whoever was around a piece or two. It was very sweet of her to share her candy, but as I look at her candy sack, we should have shared MORE because guess who is eating the left-overs??? YES...it would be ME and I sure don't need it either:) We all had a great time just being TOGETHER and enjoying family time. Plus, it was great to see some of my family and catch up on a few things.

Candy, candy, Candy...

And of course...AK's favorite thing of all...A Boxer bubba.

Adlee,
I love this picture of you and your sweet Daddy!
You two are quite a pair!

Poppy and I had so much fun with you spending the night last night and I loved our usual Wednesday together. You're our little Punkin Doll and we love you so very much!
