*S*N*O*W*

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow...that was the forecast for Thursday and Friday morning and we were hit hard with a "WHITE BLANKET" of beautiful snow. School was called off on Thursday, so we enjoyed a relaxing day at home. Friday we began to dig ourselves out. Dent shoveled snow for about 2 and half hours on Friday to free our vehicles from the garage and to get us "OUT OF THE HOUSE". It's amazing how much energy can build up in a day and a half when no-one is able to go outside. Adlee was FULL of ENERGY yesterday! She was way too busy giggling, laughing, and running around the house to take a nap. Finally, we were able to get out and go to Sonic for a coke break. Today, we went to the local stock show and then AK and her Daddy rode 4-wheelers. Fun, Fun, Fun for everyone. As for me...our house *SHOULD* be spotless, all the laundry done, papers graded, and more...BUT, I have enjoyed just being LaZy (is that word in a Momma's vocabulary?) and being with my sweet hubby and little AK.

AND...you may be asking yourself, "Where are the snowman pictures?" Well, the snow was so soft and fine that making a snowman didn't happen as planned. Maybe tomorrow we can venture out and attempt to make one. But, a snowman is not what AK wants to make, she wants to make a "BUBBA" (a dog). Let's hope for better luck tomorrow for the BUBBA creation!
